Delivery options and costs

Delivery times depend on the product ordered. Some products are ready to dispatch quickly, while custom-made items require additional production time before they are shipped.

The times below show the estimated working-day timeframe for each product category. Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and bank holidays. All prices include VAT.

Standard delivery

Standard UK delivery costs £5.99 for orders under £54.99 and is free for orders over £55.00.

For standard delivery costs to Gibraltar, Guernsey, Ireland, Isle of Man and Jersey please refer to the checkout page.

Estimated standard delivery times vary by product:

  • Blank labels: 1–3 working days. Please allow approx. 10-12 working days for orders of 10,000 sheets or more
  • Custom Printing: Sheet labels, Stickers, Greeting Cards, Postcards, Business Cards, Tags, Window Stickers, Floor Stickers: 1–3 working days
  • Custom Printing: Roll labels: 13–15 working days
  • Custom Printing: Binders: 5–7 working days. Please allow approx. 10-12 working days for orders of 100 binders or more

Access Points

Access Points costs £4.99 for orders under £54.99 and is free for orders over £55.00.

UPS Access Points are secure local businesses that act as designated drop-off and collection hubs. They offer a flexible alternative to home delivery, particularly if you are away during the day or want to avoid missed deliveries.

  • You can select a convenient UPS Access point as your delivery address during checkout
  • Delivery within 1-3 working days
  • You'll be notified when your package arrives and can collect it at a time that suits you
  • Take a valid, government-issued photo ID (like a passport or driver's licence) and your tracking number to the shop. The store associate will scan your ID or package to hand it over
  • UPS typically holds your parcel at the location for 5 to 7 days before returning it

Express production

Express production fast-tracks eligible orders for next working day delivery to UK mainland addresses.

To qualify, place your order before 12:00 noon, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 12:00 noon, at weekends, or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Express production is available for:

  • Custom Printing: Sheet Labels, excluding gloss and matt lamination
  • Blank labels

Express production costs £9.98.

For orders over 10,000 sheets, we recommend using standard production because larger orders usually require a longer lead time.

Tracking your order

When an order is dispatched, a dispatch confirmation email is sent with a tracking number and tracking link.

Delivery status can be monitored at any time using the tracking link.

UPS delivery notifications

Delivery partner UPS sends email notifications the day before delivery and a delivery confirmation.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it

  1. Check safe places and with neighbours/reception.
  2. Confirm the delivery address on your order confirmation.
  3. If you still can’t locate the parcel, contact our support team with your order number and tracking details.

Address changes, missed deliveries, and special locations

Address changes

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you need to change your address after ordering, contact our support team as soon as possible.

We may not be able to change the delivery address once your order has entered production, been dispatched, or been handed to the carrier.

Missed deliveries

If the carrier cannot deliver your parcel, they may leave a delivery card, send a notification, attempt redelivery, or direct the parcel to a local collection point. Follow the instructions provided by the carrier using your tracking link.

Special locations

Deliveries to islands, remote areas, and locations with scheduled transport services may take longer than the standard delivery estimates. This can include addresses where shipments are moved by weekly air or ferry services.
